چکیده
Abstract Many researchers have investigated alternative sources to overcome the problem of conventional building material polluting environment by development green self-compacting concrete in construction industry. The best solution is utilise non-conventional materials like agricultural wastes. Meanwhile, (SCC) considered as high strength well high-performance concrete. demerits, which include tensile and flexural strength, can be improved incorporating coir fibres. utilisation fibres also modifies performance after cracking improves toughness. This study defines an experimental investigation mechanical properties containing (CF) with different percentages being 0%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% at 7- 28-days water curing. slump flow compressive were examined. outcomes demonstrated that a required for was achieved using up beyond it reduced significantly. length fibre proportion directly affected workability. 10% 15% enhanced incorporation 0.5%; that, slightly reduced, 30% 50% compared 1% SCC mix, rapidly reduced.

Experimental Investigation on Self Compacting Concrete Using Quarry Dust
This study presents an experimental investigation on self-compacting concrete (SCC) with fine aggregate (sand) replacement of a Quarry Dust (QD) (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) and addition of mineral admixtures like Fly Ash (FA) and Silica Fume (SF) & chemical admixtures like super plasticizers (SP). After each mix preparation, 45 cubes specimens and 45 cylinders specimens are cast and cured. The sp...
متن کاملProperties of Self-compacting Concrete – an Overview
Self-compacting concrete can be defined as the concrete which requires no vibrations and can flow around obstructions, encloses the reinforcement and fills up the formwork completely under its self weight. Over the last ten years, significant amount of work has been carried out on self-compacting concrete all over the world. In countries like Japan, Sweden, Thailand, UK etc., the knowledge of S...
متن کاملRheological and Mechanical Properties of Light Weight Self-Compacting Concrete Containing Sirjan Iron Mine Waste
Recycling is a logical option for materials that are not suitable for composting. One of these materials is iron mines waste that, according to their compounds, can be used as a substitute part of cement in concrete. For this aim, rheological and mechanical properties and durability of light weight self-compacting concrete (LWSCC) containing Sirjan iron mine waste (SIMW) as partial substitute o...
